Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of electrical engineering and construction PM experience, ideally in semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing, data center or pharma environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of electrical design principles and coordination with design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction phase of multiple electrical projects, overseeing installation, integration, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Develop and manage construction schedules, budgets, and resource plans for electrical works.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure procurement and installation timelines.
• Review and approve electrical submittals, shop drawings, and contractor work plans; ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, and local Singapore codes.
• Lead and supervise testing and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems; manage documentation for handover.
