Job summary

Micron Singapore is seeking a Staff/Senior Engineer - Mechanical Systems to lead the planning, design, construction, testing, commissioning, and readiness of mechanical systems for semiconductor facilities. You will collaborate with electrical, structural, and process teams to ensure integration and performance.

The role requires 10+ years in mechanical construction or program management, with at least 5 years in semiconductors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical construction or program/project management.
• At least 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale mechanical infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and engineering of mechanical systems (wet and dry) for semiconductor facilities.
• Oversee installation, construction, testing, balancing, and commissioning.
• Lead FAT, SAT, and equipment handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and safety regulations.
• Drive end-to-end program leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
