Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced legal professional with 8–12 years PQE in construction law to provide broad legal, contractual and commercial support across the group. You will lead negotiations, review contracts, and advise on corporate matters for projects and subsidiaries.

The role requires strong drafting and negotiation capabilities, independent working style, and the ability to coordinate with external counsel and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years' post-qualification experience in construction law.
• Significant experience in leading negotiation and finalisation of construction contracts.
• Strong contract reviewing experience.
• Degree in Law.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on broad legal, contractual, corporate and commercial issues; including contracts review, drafting, negotiation and advisory generally.
• Support commercial, contract and claims management of projects.
• Support setting up of subsidiaries, associates, branches and project offices, and the closing or liquidation of such set up.
• Coordinate with external legal counsels and consultants and oversee the progress of their work.
• Coordinate with and advise business units and departments on legal and contractual matters.
