Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a senior legal counsel to provide comprehensive legal support to a group of companies across contracts, corporate and commercial matters. You will review contracts, draft documents, negotiate terms and advise on risk and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have 8–12 years PQE with law degree, and experience in construction law would be advantageous. This is a full-time on-site role in Jurong East, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in law and practice in broad range of legal, contractual and commercial issues.
• 8–12 years post-qualification experience in construction law or similar.
• Experience coordinating with external legal counsels and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to the group of companies and business units on contracts, drafting, negotiation and advisory work.
• Support commercial, contract and claims management of projects.
• Assist in setting up subsidiaries, associates, branches and project offices and their wind-down where required.
• Coordinate with external legal counsels and consultants and oversee their work progress.
• Advise business units on legal and contractual matters.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned.
