The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide legal advice and support on a broad range of corporate and commercial issues in our Jurong East offices. The role requires reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, and coordinating with external counsels.

You will assist in establishing subsidiaries and project offices, oversee contract matters, and advise business units on legal and contractual issues. 8–12 years PQE in construction law is required.

Formación

• Degree in Law is required.
• 8 to 12 years’ post-qualification experience, with knowledge of construction law.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal advice and support on contracts, corporate and commercial matters.
• Review, draft and negotiate contracts; offer advisory guidance.
• Support project commercial, contract and claims management.
• Assist in setting up subsidiaries, branches and project offices; handle wind-downs.
• Coordinate with external counsels and monitor progress.
• Advise business units on legal and contractual matters.
