Job summary

Micron Singapore is seeking a highly skilled Chemical Senior Engineer / Staff Engineer – Construction to lead the design, installation, and optimization of high-purity chemical and gas delivery systems for semiconductor fabrication. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and project delivery on time and within budget.

Responsibilities span design, construction support, safety, testing, and vendor coordination, with emphasis on P&IDs, flow calculations, and system commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in chemical and gas system design for semiconductor/high-tech industries.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design chemical and slurry delivery systems with safe storage and piping.
• Develop drawings, P&IDs, and specifications for chemical systems.
• Lead on-site construction support and inspections for compliant installations.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery.
• Advance safety by implementing procedures and risk analyses.
