Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Compliance Testing professional in Singapore. You will execute testing reviews, evaluate controls, and identify gaps to strengthen the control environment across regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Responsibilities include drafting testing reports, engaging stakeholders on remediation plans, and validating management actions to close gaps, with emphasis on data analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Finance, Banking, Accountancy or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Compliance Testing, Compliance Assurance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Operational Risk, or Control Testing in banking/financial services.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, processes, risks, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience performing control testing, compliance reviews, risk assessments, or audit engagements.

Responsibilities

• Execute compliance testing reviews per approved plans, methodologies, and governance standards.
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of processes to assess regulatory compliance and control frameworks.
• Identify control weaknesses, compliance gaps, and risks through testing and analysis.
• Develop practical, risk-based recommendations balancing regulatory requirements and business needs.
