Job summary

OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Compliance professional to conduct comprehensive employee-related compliance checks and monitor regulatory requirements within asset management or capital markets.

You will perform periodic reviews, monitor shareholding disclosures, and prepare MAS submissions. The role emphasizes proactive regulatory monitoring and collaboration with internal teams to drive compliance initiatives using AI tools.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze regulatory data and identify compliance gaps across the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on improving processes using AI.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform employee-related compliance checks (trading, gifts, outside activities, conflicts of interest).
• Conduct periodic compliance reviews against Singapore financial regulations.
• Monitor substantial shareholding and reporting obligations.
• Coordinate with teams to prepare regulatory surveys, filings and reports for MAS.
