The role involves identifying risks, evaluating design and operating effectiveness, and proposing actionable improvements. You will validate management actions and ensure closure of risks in the system, working with stakeholders to balance risk and business feasibility.

Qualifications

• Background in internal or external audit, compliance testing, or operational risk management.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, process review, and control assessment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify gaps and control weaknesses.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and control testing.
• Advantageous to have data analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Executes the approved testing plan in accordance with compliance testing methodology.
• Identifies risks via evaluating design and operating effectiveness of processes and controls, and develops action plans.
• Validates management actions address risks before closure of actions in the system.
