Job summary

Ant Group in Singapore is seeking a senior compliance professional to lead and implement a robust regulatory program, ensuring adherence to laws, policies, and industry standards. You will support the Head of Compliance and coordinate with regulators on inquiries, audits, and on-site inspections as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting, business or finance or equivalent.
• 7–12 years of regulatory or compliance experience.
• Strong regulatory/compliance knowledge and skills.
• Experience liaising with Singapore regulators preferred.
• Experience with e-commerce, banking, payments or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Compliance to establish robust compliance program.
• Handle submissions, regulatory inquiries, audits, and coordinate with regulators for on-site inspections.
• Lead and support applications for licenses for financial institutions under Ant International.
• Advise stakeholders on regulatory and licensing matters for licensed entities.
• Identify and manage compliance/regulatory risks; escalate to senior management.
• Help formulate, review and maintain compliance framework, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct periodic internal compliance trainings and risk assessments.
