Job summary

Razer Merchant Services (SG) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to lead MAS MPI license applications for Digital Payment Token and Single-Currency Stablecoin services in Singapore.

This role will drive the regulatory strategy and ensure compliance with the MAS Stablecoin Regulatory Framework. The candidate should have 10+ years in regulatory compliance in fintech or banking, with deep MAS PS Act knowledge and practical licensing experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in regulatory compliance in banking/fintech/digital assets.
• Deep knowledge of PSA and MAS frameworks for stablecoins.
• Experience driving MAS MPI license applications for DPT/SCS.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MAS MPI license applications for DPT and SCS services.
• Serve as primary liaison with MAS during application, review and examinations.
• Oversee external auditors and legal opinions required for DPT licensing.
• Design and implement policies to ensure MAS Stablecoin Regulatory Framework compliance.
• Develop AML/CFT framework aligned with PSA Notices and supervise CDD/EDD.
• Enforce TRM and Cyber Hygiene guidelines with IT leadership.
