Job summary

Recruit123 is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead the payments and digital assets compliance program in Singapore. You will manage AML/CFT controls and regulatory engagements across the organization.

The role demands interaction with MAS, regulators, banks, auditors, and internal stakeholders to build a robust governance framework and culture of compliance. Salary: S$8,500–S$11,000 per month; location: Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–8 years in AML, financial crime compliance, or risk in payments/fintech.
• Experience owning and managing a compliance programme.
• Strong understanding of MAS regulations and AML/CFT obligations.
• Experience with MAS inspections, audits, or regulatory reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead AML/CFT and financial crime compliance programme.
• Oversee transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and investigations.
• Review STRs and regulatory filings.
• Ensure compliance with MAS notices and PSN02 guidelines.
• Manage regulatory reporting and ongoing monitoring.
• Liaise with MAS, banks, auditors, and stakeholders.
• Mentor compliance analysts and deliver training.
