Job summary

Tsao Foundation in Singapore invites applications for a Programme Executive (Active Ageing Centre). The role supports operations, program planning, befriending and buddying coordination, and promotion of preventive health practices.

You will engage seniors and the community, manage volunteers, document activities, and report results to ensure alignment with funding KPIs. This contract position is based at Whampoa and offers meaningful community health work.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in social services or community development.
• Experience in community development, outreach programs, or working with grassroots organizations.
• Experience in planning, organizing, and executing community programs, events, or activities.
• Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers for community programs a plus.
• Work experience in elder care, social work, or healthcare settings highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement programs and activities aligning with funding KPIs to enhance seniors' social and healthcare aspects.
• Engage seniors and the broader community to foster community building and social integration.
• Maintain documentation and prepare reports for program monitoring and submission as required.
• Develop informational materials for clients and volunteers to communicate program details clearly.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute senior programs.
