Job summary

ABER CARE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Programme Coordinator to design, strategize, and implement a calendar of activities and social outings for seniors, tailored to their interests and needs.

You will oversee logistics, coordinate with external trainers and volunteers, and build strong relationships with seniors, families, and community partners to deliver meaningful wellness sessions. Weekdays 9am-6pm.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree completed in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Working hours: Weekdays, 9am to 6pm.

Responsibilities

• Design, strategize, and implement a calendar of daily, weekly, and monthly activities and social outings tailored to seniors' interests and needs.
• Oversee all operational logistics for seamless programme delivery, including venue setup, material preparation, and attendance tracking.
• Collaborate with external trainers, volunteers, and community partners to deliver specialized wellness sessions and workshops.
• Build and nurture relationships with seniors, their families, and community partners to foster a supportive environment.
• Liaise with corporations, volunteers, and agencies to enhance programme offerings and secure resources.
• Stay informed on community developments and integrate innovative measures to support ageing well.
• Conduct regular programme reviews and prepare detailed monthly reports for internal stakeholders and funders.
• Collect and analyze participant data and feedback to measure satisfaction, assess outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support the development of grant proposals and outcome reports to secure funding and demonstrate programme value.
