Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher degree with strong commercial management exposure.
• Proven ability to manage risk and opportunities across bids and projects.
• Experience in claims management, budgeting, and forecasting for large projects.
• Deep understanding of contracts and commercial frameworks in construction/engineering.
• Track record of leading diverse project teams and driving results within tight timelines.
• Strong stakeholder management with cross-functional partner alignment.
• Structured, data-driven approach to commercial decisions and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid and pre-contract commercial leadership for tenders and proposals.
• Oversee post-contract commercial management, including change, claims and cash flow continuity.
• Drive monthly commercial performance reviews, forecasting and cost control across the project.
• Build and mentor a high-performing commercial project management team.
• Manage client relationships and protect the company’s commercial position.
• Ensure governance frameworks are applied and reporting is consistent and accurate.
• Promote data-driven dashboards and real-time insights for project economics.
• Coordinate with planning, legal, and finance to align commercial strategy with schedule.
