Job summary

Synechron, a leading technology consulting firm, seeks a Senior Subject Matter Expert for Collections in Singapore. You will own domain workflows, delinquency management, and data conversion across platforms, ensuring regulatory alignment and end-to-end delivery.

You will translate business needs into functional specs, lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors and system integrators, and drive testing readiness, cutovers, and governance throughout large-scale transformations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Collections systems or operations within banking/FS.
• Proven experience in collections re-platforming or major transformation programs.
• Hands-on data conversion/migration in large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Delivery leadership with complex dependencies and timelines.
• Experience with third-party vendors or system integrators in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead SME for Collections processes including delinquency and workflow management.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs for the collections platform.
• Oversee conversion and data migration strategy from legacy to target system.
• Coordinate with architecture, development, testing, and infrastructure teams.
• Manage stakeholders and vendors; ensure SDLC and governance adherence.
• Support testing from SME perspective and business readiness.
