• Act as the main System Analyst for the legacy Collections platform during migration and replacement.
• Analyse legacy behaviors, workflows, interfaces, data flows, dependencies and exception scenarios.
• Define changes to support migration, conversion, reconciliation, testing, and readiness.
• Provide data mapping input and support for interface analysis and testing scope.
• Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and vendor teams to clarify requirements and resolve gaps.
