Job summary

D L RESOURCES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Software System Analyst to lead the legacy Collections migration and replacement effort. You will serve as the principal analyst for the legacy platform, handling analysis, interface design, data conversion, reconciliation, and SDM documentation throughout the migration lifecycle.

The role requires deep knowledge of Collections processes, batch and online interfaces, and cross-team collaboration with operations, technology, and vendor teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a System Analyst in banking/financial services.
• Experience delivering legacy platform migration, data conversion, reconciliation.
• Experience with batch and online interfaces across multiple application systems.
• Experience reviewing and validating vendor deliverables and solutions.
• Experience working with vendor system analysts, business users, technology teams, operations teams, and application owners.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main System Analyst for the legacy Collections platform during migration.
• Analyse legacy system behavior, business rules, workflows, interfaces, data flows, dependencies, and exception scenarios.
• Analyse and design legacy system changes required to support migration, conversion, reconciliation, testing, and implementation readiness.
• Support data mapping from the legacy platform to the new Collections platform.
• Coordinate with business users and application teams to clarify current system behavior and solution approach.
• Validate vendor deliverables against legacy behavior and requirements.
• Prepare and maintain SDM documentation for the legacy Collections platform and migration activities.
• Support testing readiness, defect analysis, and post-implementation handover.
