Job summary
IITMATRIX PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior L1/L2 Support Engineer to join the TechOps team and provide operational support for cloud-hosted applications and infrastructure, primarily on AWS.
You will act as the primary contact for production incidents, service requests, and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and platform availability. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, cloud operations knowledge, and the ability to investigate incidents beyond surface symptoms to identify
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Application Support, Production Support, Technical Operations, TechOps, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and operational support.
- Experience supporting digital platforms, e-commerce systems, and customer-facing web/mobile apps.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary L1/L2 support contact for digital platforms, e-commerce systems, websites, and customer-facing applications.
- Lead incident triage, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution activities.
- Monitor incident queues, service requests, alerts, and support tickets, ensuring SLA adherence.
- Develop and maintain runbooks, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders across regions/time zones.
- Support deployment verification and post-release monitoring activities.
- Contribute to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and reliability improvements.
