Job summary
LION & ELEPHANTS CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior L1/L2 Support Engineer to deliver production and application support for digital and e-commerce platforms in Singapore. The role focuses on monitoring, triage, and incident resolution to maintain high availability and performance.
You will work with AWS, APIs, and microservices, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues quickly while upholding SLA commitments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Application/Production Support or TechOps.
- Strong AWS and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with digital/e-commerce applications.
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, monitoring, logging, and ITSM.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 production and application support for digital and e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor applications, infrastructure, alerts, and system performance.
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform RCA, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Support AWS cloud environments, APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
- Work with monitoring/observability tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Dynatrace, or similar.
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Collaborate with L3 teams, vendors, and business stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Participate in 24x7/on-call support and occasional deployment activities.
