Job summary

TDCX is recruiting a Senior Cloud Solutions Architect / Technical Sales Engineer in Singapore to help partners and internal teams win complex cloud deals. You will translate business needs into scalable cloud blueprints and validate architectures across core infrastructure, data analytics, and AI workloads.

You will educate and enable third-party channel networks, lead technical whiteboard sessions, and partner with sales to accelerate proposals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
Minimum 5 years in technical sales engineering or a customer-facing systems engineering role within a Cloud computing environment.
Professional Cloud certification (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect) or a specialized track certification (e.g., Data, Security, DevOps, or Workspace Administration).

Responsibilities

Architectural engineering and technical validation to translate business requirements into scalable cloud blueprints.
Ecosystem empowerment: guide third-party channel networks and deliver solution briefings and prototypes across Core Infra, Data Analytics, or Workplace AI.
Cross-functional alignment with BD, sales, and field teams to accelerate deals with unified technical solutions.
