Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years applied experience in software engineering concepts.
• Hands-on system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience coding in a large corporate environment with modern languages and DB querying.
• Hands-on use of enterprise AI-assisted software development tools with evaluation of AI outputs.
• Understanding of responsible AI use and secure handling of data.
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and CI/CD, resiliency, and security.
• Familiarity with operating patterns like SLOs, metrics, health checks, and distributed tracing.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with non-routine problem solving.
• Produces secure, high-quality production code and maintains syncing algorithms.
• Uses enterprise AI coding assist tools to improve quality, speed, and productivity with peer review.
• Applies SDLC tooling knowledge to enhance automation value.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications.
• Gathers and analyzes data to visualize insights for continuous improvement.
• Identifies hidden data patterns to drive improvements in code hygiene and architecture.
