Job summary

Beyondsoft International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a cloud engineer to design, deploy and manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalable, secure SaaS platforms across the SEA region.

The role requires hands-on experience with cloud, DevOps, and Agile practices; you will optimize costs, implement DR/backup, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable cloud services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience delivering IT systems in cloud infrastructure.
• Experience designing cloud infrastructure, deploying apps to cloud, and managing cloud environments to enable SaaS.
• Experience with DevOps tools and Agile development.
• Cloud certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and operate cloud infrastructure and services.
• Manage cloud accounts, networking, identity and access, and cost optimisation.
• Automate provisioning and operations using Infrastructure as Code and scripting.
• Implement cloud security, backup, disaster recovery and high availability measures.
• Monitor cloud workloads, troubleshoot incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support migration and onboarding of applications to the cloud.
• Ensure cloud services comply with security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Document architectures, runbooks and operating procedures.

• Experience in project delivery of IT systems in cloud infrastructure
• Responsible for the designing of cloud infrastructure, deployment of applications to cloud, and the management of cloud environment to enable SaaS for platforms, applications and services
• Experience in DevOps tools and practices with Agile software development methodology
• Certification in a Cloud Technology platform (either in Architecture, DevOps or System Administration/SysOps track) preferred
