Job summary

Beyondsoft Consulting (Singapore) Pte. Ltd is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure/DevOps professional to design, deploy and operate cloud services for SaaS platforms across markets.

You will manage cloud accounts, networking, IAM and cost optimisation; automate provisioning with IaC; implement security, DR and high availability; and assist migrations of applications to the cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• Experience delivering IT systems in cloud infrastructure.
• Designing cloud infrastructure, deploying applications to cloud, managing cloud environments for SaaS.
• Experience with DevOps tools and Agile development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, deploy and operate cloud infrastructure and services
• Manage cloud accounts, networking, identity and access, and cost optimisation
• Automate provisioning and operations using Infrastructure as Code and scripting
• Implement cloud security, backup, disaster recovery and high availability measures
• Monitor cloud workloads, troubleshoot incidents and perform root-cause analysis
• Support migration and onboarding of applications to the cloud
• Ensure cloud services comply with security policies and regulatory requirements
• Document architectures, runbooks and operating procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or any relevant qualification
• Experience in project delivery of IT systems in cloud infrastructure
• Responsible for the designing of cloud infrastructure, deployment of applications to cloud, and the management of cloud environment to enable SaaS for platforms, applications and services
• Experience in DevOps tools and practices with Agile software development methodology
• Certification in a Cloud Technology platform (either in Architecture, DevOps or System Administration/SysOps track) preferred
• Familiarity with cloud networking and routing technologies (VPC, Security groups, NACL, Route53, Load Balancing and Availability zones)
• Experience with cloud scale logging and monitoring solutions such as CloudWatch, ELK Stack, and Prometheus
• Experience with on-premise and cloud-based security technologies: encryption, end point protection, hardware security modules, sandboxes, SIEM, web application firewall, intrusion detection systems, intrusion prevention systems, web proxies, wireless intrusion prevention systems, and file integrity monitoring
• Knowledge and implementation experience of the Government Instruction Manual for IT Management (IM8) and WOG baseline standards is an advantage
