Job summary

Centific is seeking a Sr. Cloud Server Operations Engineer-1 to join our Singapore office. You will lead cloud infrastructure operations across large-scale server fleets, drive automation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and efficiency.

You will mentor engineers, manage incident response, and help standardize provisioning pipelines while communicating effectively in English. Mandarin is a plus, and familiarity with multiple public clouds is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure operations.
• Strong leadership and decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent English; Mandarin preferred.
• Experience with public clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle).
• Experience with automation and provisioning pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud infrastructure operations across large-scale server fleets.
• Drive automation, scalability, reliability, and efficiency initiatives.
• Lead troubleshooting for major infrastructure incidents.
• Collaborate with cloud providers and engineering teams to improve reliability.
• Design automation workflows and provisioning pipelines using scripting or infra tools.
• Mentor engineers and drive cross-training within the team.
