Job summary

Centific Global Solutions (SG) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Leader to oversee large-scale server fleets across cloud environments, driving automation, reliability, and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with cloud providers and cross-functional engineering teams to solve complex infra challenges. The role requires 5+ years in cloud infra operations, strong leadership, and expertise in automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE or related field.
5+ years in cloud infrastructure operations or large-scale infra environments.
Strong leadership and decision-making in high-pressure ops.
Excellent English; Mandarin preferred.
Experience with public clouds and automation tooling.

Responsibilities

Lead cloud infrastructure operations and large-scale server fleet management across cloud environments.
Drive scalability, reliability, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Lead troubleshooting for large-scale infra incidents and service-impacting events.
Collaborate with cloud providers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve reliability.
Design and standardize automation workflows and provisioning pipelines.
Mentor engineers and support growth across the team.
Monitor workloads, on-call activities, escalation handling, and incident resolution.
