Job summary

Centific is seeking a Sr. Cloud Server Operations Engineer-2 for our Singapore office. This full-time role focuses on timely SLA-based resolution of server faults, OS reboot/reinstallation/recovery, and on-call incident management.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure reliable cloud server operations in a fast-paced AI data environment.

• Experience handling server fault tickets with SLA-based resolution.
