The role focuses on leading cloud infrastructure operations, optimizing automation, and driving reliability across large-scale environments.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in cloud operations, strong leadership, and expertise with major cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure operations, server operations, or large-scale infrastructure environments.
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent English communication; Mandarin preferred.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (Oracle, AWS, Google, or Microsoft).

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud infrastructure operations and large-scale server fleet management across cloud environments.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives focusing on scalability, reliability, automation, and efficiency.
• Lead troubleshooting for large-scale infrastructure incidents and service-impacting events.
• Collaborate with cloud providers and cross-functional teams to improve reliability.
• Design, improve, and standardize automation workflows and provisioning pipelines.
• Mentor engineers and support technical growth across the team.
