Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Level 2 Cloud Engineer based in Singapore to provide operational support for Windows and Linux workloads running on AWS. The role encompasses troubleshooting, validation, and maintenance of cloud services, collaborating closely with cloud, network, and security teams.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of OS support experience and 2 years of AWS workload support, along with strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on OS support experience across Windows and/or Linux.
• 2+ years supporting workloads on AWS.
• Experience operating in enterprise or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 operational support for Windows and Linux servers.
• Support AWS workloads with EC2, EBS, S3 and more.
• Assist with incidents related to network ingress and egress.
• Remediate findings according to CIS hardening benchmarks.
• Perform OS patching and participate in maintenance tasks.
• Create and maintain documentation such as runbooks.
