The role requires you to maintain confidentiality, uphold service standards, supervise junior staff, monitor supplies, and assist with ultrasound procedures when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinic or healthcare experience required.
• Strong communication and patient service focus.
• Mandarin language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations and patient service.
• Greet patients, handle enquiries, registrations, and scheduling.
• Maintain EMR records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Handle patient billing, payments, and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with doctors and nurses to support clinical workflow.
• Assist doctors with ultrasound and other procedures when required.
• Ensure rooms and equipment are clean and well-maintained.
• Supervise junior staff and monitor supplies.
• Ensure confidentiality and adherence to SOPs.
• Provide chaperone support when needed.
