Job summary

OUR WOODLEIGH FAMILY CLINIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior clinic assistant with at least 2 years of GP clinic experience to join a fast-growing healthcare group in Singapore.

The role covers front-desk duties, patient registration, triage, appointments, medication dispensing, and claim submissions across Medisave, CHAS, and other schemes. You will support doctor’s procedures, handle inquiries, and manage ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O level and above with relevant healthcare/GP clinic experience.
• 2 years GP clinic experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Register patients, triage, and book appointments.
• Dispense medications and handle patient payments.
• Assist in scheduling for chronic disease patients and remind appointments.
• Perform swabs, ECG, and assist doctor in procedures.
• Answer phone calls and handle patient inquiries.
