Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd (UOB) in Singapore seeks a Senior Officer, Client Service Advisor for Group Wholesale Banking to provide Treasury Management and Transaction Banking advisory to corporate and financial institutional clients globally.

The incumbent will independently consult with business partners, manage client enquiries, and deliver full banking services within risk and compliance guidelines, while identifying opportunities and training needs for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma required.
• 1-3 years of Transaction Banking experience for Large Corporate portfolio.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with senior management and partners across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Independently consults, executes and liaises with business partners to meet service requirements within timeframes.
• Manage client enquiries for target clients to enhance delight and retention.
• Resolve client requests/enquiries across functions within risk/compliance limits.
• Participate in client planning to position and deliver the bank's products and services.
• Provide advisory on the usage of banking products and services to clients.
• Identify training needs and ensure clients understand product capabilities.
• Support internal sales and RFP opportunities for complex working capital solutions.
• Perform service reviews and STP guidance.
• Develop client service account plans to improve delivery and outcomes.
• Monitor customer volume and revenue to identify sales leads for Relationship Bankers.
