Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Client Project Manager in Singapore to lead and direct concurrent client projects, from concept to implementation and handover to operations. You will engage stakeholders, ensure on-time delivery within baselined budgets, and maintain quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires seasoned PM skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex tasks in a multinational services environment, with a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business and/or project management.
• Relevant project management certifications preferably PMP required.
• ITIL certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs concurrent standard or complex projects.
• Engages with stakeholders to deliver projects from original concept through final implementation.
• Ensures client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as a single point of contact to the client.
• Manages scope, budget, and timely delivery while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
• Documentation and management of risks and issues.
• Provides pre-sales support by scoping and costing project solutions.
