Job summary

Pinterest Singapore is seeking a Client Account Manager to drive revenue growth for the Greater China Export business. You will own a portfolio of torso advertisers, grow them into flagship partners, and lead data-driven strategies across multiple verticals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, present performance updates, and shape future playbooks while maintaining pipelines and forecasts. This role requires Mandarin and English proficiency and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital advertising or media sales.
• Experience with Greater China Export advertisers is required.
• Managed a portfolio of 10–20 accounts with clear prioritization and execution.
• Track record of data-backed storytelling and recommendations that drive measurable impact.
• Strong communication across geographies and functions.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment with technical and non-technical partners.
• Expertise in campaign optimization and platform/product knowledge.
• Technical foundation with performance-oriented channels (Search/Shopping/Display/Social).
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must.
• Willing to travel for business.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with a portfolio of high-potential torso advertisers in the Greater China Export business.
• Own a verticalized book (Apps, Ecommerce, Gaming) and tailor strategies to each vertical and advertiser.
• Turn partner data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed on Pinterest.
• Become an expert in Pinterest campaign best practices for lower-funnel and performance products.
• Understand how to drive results, optimize campaigns, and deliver performance updates and recommendations.
• Actively lead and participate in client meetings and reviews.
• Cross-sell and upsell opportunities using structured playbooks and testing frameworks.
• Advise advertisers on media strategies across targeting, bidding, creative, measurement.
• Provide guidance on product features and the Pinterest ad roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve challenges and scale approaches.
• Maintain forecasts and pipeline visibility for the portfolio.
• Contribute to torso-segment playbooks and share learnings with the team.
