Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ experience in client account management, relationship management or investment advisory.
• Experience in fintech or digital solutions a plus.
• Network of mass affluent and high net-worth individuals a big advantage.
• Strong understanding of investment products across traditional and alternative spaces.

Responsibilities

• Acquire quality accredited investors who resonate with ADDX's proposition.
• Build and maintain relationships with top decile clients as their primary contact.
• Identify opportunities with Head of Consumer Group across sales, partnerships, and product.
• Provide prompt and effective client support and resolve inquiries.
• Understand market trends and client dynamics to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with sales, digital marketing, product, and operations to align on client needs and drive customer success.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in client activities.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on products and services.
