Job summary

BeathChapman Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Client Manager to lead a portfolio of corporate Employee Benefits clients in Singapore. You will manage relationships with HR, Finance and senior stakeholders, and drive renewal and growth strategies.

In this role you will analyse claims experience, benchmark benefits, and advise on programme design and cost optimisation, while supporting cross-selling and new business development opportunities to deliver sustainable portfolio expansion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in employee benefits broking, consulting, or corporate client management.
• Strong knowledge in group insurance products, insurer relationships and market practices.
• Proven experience managing corporate accounts, renewals, insurance placements and insurer negotiations.
• Strong analytical capabilities, particularly in claims analysis, loss ratios, benefits benchmarking and cost management.
• Commercially driven, with experience supporting new business development and client acquisition.
• Relevant insurance or professional qualifications recognised in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, including HR, Finance and senior management stakeholders.
• Lead the end-to-end renewal process, including strategic planning, insurer negotiations, placement, implementation and ongoing servicing.
• Analyse claims experience, utilisation trends, loss ratios and premium movements to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Advise clients on benefits programme design, market benchmarking, cost optimisation and employee benefits enhancements.
• Prepare and present renewal proposals, portfolio reviews and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Oversee complex servicing and claims escalations, ensuring timely resolution and high client satisfaction.
• Support business development initiatives, including prospect meetings, tenders, proposals and client presentations.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to strengthen client relationships and drive portfolio growth.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and service standards.
