Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Engineering lead to design, review, and supervise complex projects. You will ensure compliance with codes, prepare submissions for authorities, and provide technical recommendations throughout from concept to detailed design.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, PE registration in Singapore, and a Design for Safety certification.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
At least 10 years of experience in civil/structural design and project management.
Registered Professional Engineer (PEB Singapore) or equivalent.
Certification as a Design for Safety Professional.
Proficient in engineering analysis software, BIM, and geotechnical tools.
Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead design, checking, and review of civil and structural works from concept to detailed design.
Provide Qualified Person (QP) supervisory services for assigned projects.
Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and statutory requirements.
Prepare and submit documentation to statutory agencies.
Perform analyses and provide technical recommendations.
Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and contracts.
Coordinate with stakeholders across disciplines.
Prepare tender documents and technical specifications.
Ensure Design for Safety is integrated throughout execution.
Supervise site activities with REs and RTOs.
Oversee design management and coordination with contractors and consultants.
Mentor engineers and designers for professional development.
Monitor progress to meet schedules and budgets.
Perform other duties as assigned.
