Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Civil & Structural Design Lead for industrial facilities. You will design concrete and steel structures, prepare calculations, and issue technical documentation to support value engineering and project delivery.

The role requires a degreed Civil Engineer with 10+ years of design/construction experience, including precast structures, piling and site supervision. EPC exposure in semiconductors or life sciences is preferred.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering is required and must be registered/eligible.
Minimum 10 years of design and construction experience in industrial facilities.
Experience with precast structures and long-span roof trusses is preferred.
Site experience including piling, substructure and superstructure works is essential.
Experience coordinating with Process, Mechanical, Electrical and Quantity Surveying disciplines.
Familiarity with structural-design software such as STAAD-Pro, Prokon or Orion is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Perform full-spectrum Civil & Structural design activities for industrial facilities.
Develop detailed designs for concrete and steel structures, including calculations and drawings.
Participate in value engineering to improve performance and constructability.
Support Project Managers in schedule, budget and quality objectives.
Resolve site design issues and review contractor proposals.
Provide technical support during construction including site inspections and verifications.
Prepare and evaluate C&S tender packages and assess contractor submissions.
Coordinate with Architecture, Process, Mechanical, Electrical and QS teams.
