Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Experience leading civil construction projects is preferred.
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities required.

Responsibilities

Lead civil construction projects from planning to completion.
Oversee progress, schedule, budget, quality and safety requirements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and authorities.
Manage site operations and resolve technical and project-related issues.
Monitor costs, variations, claims and contractual matters.
Ensure works follow approved drawings, specs and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present regular project progress reports to management.
Lead project handover and ensure timely completion of all outstanding works and documentation.
