CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (SINGAPORE BRANCH) is seeking an experienced Design Manager to supervise the design team and oversee all civil/structural engineering aspects of大型 projects in Singapore. You will liaise with stakeholders to define the design scope, ensure compliance with codes, and manage the design process from concept to submission.

The role requires 10+ years in design and coordination of vehicular structures and road projects, with proficiency in AutoCAD,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board.
• 10+ years of engineering experience in construction.
• 10+ years in design and coordination of vehicular structures and road projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil/structural design and construction sequencing.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, BIM and coordination tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsabilités

• Review and supervise submission of drawings, specs, and design requirements.
• Manage all design team staff and oversee engineering aspects.
• Liaise with stakeholders to develop design scope and requirements.
• Advise on space planning, layout, and statutory code compliance.
• Manage design process from concept to documentation and submission.
• Review architectural submissions to meet requirements and codes.
• Coordinate with design consultants to align with budget and schedule.
• Facilitate design solutions and ensure on-site/off-site fabrication quality.
• Coordinate pre-consultation with authorities and track progress.
• Act as main contact between project management and design consultants.
