Job summary

You will manage design delivery, permitting, and client engagements across site-wide infrastructure, while guiding hydraulic design and tender deliverables.

This role requires a degree in civil/environmental engineering and 8+ years' experience in large-scale water infrastructure, with a collaborative, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering; BCA/PEB recognition adds advantage.
• 8+ years in large-scale civil or water infrastructure projects.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with hydraulic modelling or calculations is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office; navigation in AutoCAD or MicroStation.
• Collaborative, proactive with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil design delivery across WRP packages.
• Manage design permitting and authority submissions.
• Act as client-facing site-wide design representative.
• Lead design and client coordination meetings.
• Provide hydraulic design and modelling leadership.
• Oversee tender documents and design deliverables.
• Govern design documentation and approvals.
• Support construction with design clarifications.
