HDB Housing & Development Board seeks a civil/structural engineer to join the Civil Design & Innovation team. You will lead research, development, and implementation of innovative and sustainable civil engineering solutions in HDB estates, with a focus on water sustainability and civil infrastructure projects from design through handover.

Qualifications

• Background in Civil and Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Preferably at least 5 years of relevant experience in civil/infrastructure engineering and project management.

Responsabilités

• Manage civil engineering projects and coordinate with consultants, contractors, Town Councils, government agencies, research institutions and industry partners.
• Oversee water sustainability and civil infrastructure projects from design through testing, completion and handover; monitor progress and resolve site and technical issues.
• Review designs, drawings, and authority submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Manage key project and contractual matters including progress claims, variations, outstanding works and submissions, inspections, and close-out.
