Job summary

Housing and Development Board (HDB) in Singapore seeks professionals to shape the future of HDB towns through planning and managing civil engineering projects including infrastructure and geotechnical works.

You will conduct feasibility, traffic, and environmental studies, analyse costs, and prepare estimates and schedules. The role involves coordinating the tendering process, design work, supervision, and project management with government agencies and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Background in Civil Engineering/Environmental Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
• Experience in infrastructure, geotechnical, traffic or hydraulic engineering projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant engineering design/analysis software is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage civil engineering projects including infrastructure and geotechnical works.
• Conduct feasibility, traffic impact, and environmental studies; provide cost-effective solutions and cost estimates/schedules.
• Coordinate and supervise tendering, design, construction, and project management activities; ensure budgets and deadlines are met.
