RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer / Construction Manager with hands-on geotechnical experience to lead PVD installation and ground improvement projects across Singapore.

You will coordinate site operations, manage client and subcontractor interactions, and drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role requires 2–3 years in PVD/ground improvement, strong supervision skills, and the ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously, while ensuring

Qualifications

Degree or Master's in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering.
2–3 years of PVD installation and ground improvement experience.
Hands-on site supervision and project coordination skills.
Experience with DCM, piling, diaphragm walls, land reclamation or foundation engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise PVD installation and ground improvement works from planning through project completion.
Manage and coordinate multiple small-scale PVD and ground improvement projects concurrently.
Plan and oversee daily site operations, including manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities.
Monitor project progress, productivity, installation quality, and resolve technical or site-related issues.
Review construction drawings, method statements, site records, and project documentation.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and workers to achieve project objectives.
Ensure all works comply with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and relevant regulations.
Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
