TECHEMERGE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced network engineer to support on-site client networks, manage routers and switches, and maintain NAC and wireless infrastructure.

You will handle incident resolution, perform configurations, and coordinate with vendors to ensure uptime and security. Strong CCNP and firewall experience are preferred. Formación

• Expert level knowledge in implementation and maintenance of Cisco Routers and Switches of all series.
• Good knowledge in Cisco IOS
• Good knowledge in NAC implementation and operations support
• Experience with Aruba ClearPass / Cisco ISE
• Strong understanding of Wireless Network components and controllers
• Expert understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
• Provide Level-2 technical support and troubleshooting
• CCNP certification
• Hands-on monitoring and diagnostic tools experience
• Knowledge of firewall products including Cisco ASA, FortiGate, Palo Alto, Check Point
• F5 load balancers knowledge
• Knowledge of Aruba ClearPass/Cisco ISE and wireless controllers

Responsabilidades

• Work at customer premises with strict workplace security.
• Perform problem resolution and escalation for routing and switching issues.
• Execute configuration change activities.
• Provide status updates to Service Desk and document tickets.
• Operate day-to-day network operations and monitor performance and bandwidth.
• Coordinate with vendors for testing and preventive maintenance per schedule.
• Conduct OS upgrades and patching as required.
• 24x5 onsite coverage and 24x7 standby/remote support for critical incidents.
• Provide proactive incident reports within 24 hours for network-related problems.
• Escalate to vendor support and ensure timely resolution as agreed.
