Job summary

First Technology (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support Engineer to configure and support CISCO, Fortinet, firewall, antivirus, and related security software across client sites in Singapore.

You will handle CISCO routers/switches, APs, VPN, Windows Server, Exchange/SQL basics, VMware, and server hardware setup. Travel daily to client locations is required; certifications like CCNA/MCSE are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / Diploma / Degree in Computer Studies.
• Minimum 3 years of systems support with System Integration (SI) experience preferred.
• CCNA/MCSE or other professional certificates advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Able to configure and support CISCO, Fortinet, firewall and antivirus software.
• Experience with CISCO core switches and wireless APs (Aironet/Meraki/HP Aruba)
• Familiarize with CISCO LAN & WAN design
• Pre-sales to Point-to-Point and Client VPN
• Setup and troubleshoot using CISCO Routers/Switches, Fortinet Firewalls and network tooling
• Install Windows Server OS, Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and related server hardware
