Job summary

CHANEL seeks a Senior Sustainability Manager to drive circular systems and innovation across Asia-Pacific, with a focus on circularity, waste management, materials and reporting readiness. 8+ years of experience in project management and circular economy initiatives.
Experience with environmental impact assessment and life cycle analysis.
Proven ability to work in complex, matrixed organizations with global stakeholders.
Strong data fluency and ability to translate data into decisions.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Translate circularity ambitions into regional priorities and actionable roadmaps.
Lead circularity initiatives from concept to implementation with measurable results.
Develop tools and guidance to support circular design, reuse, and end-of-life strategies.
Strengthen circularity data, indicators, and reporting readiness with partners.
Foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to scale solutions.
Support learning across markets and functions to embed circularity as a business responsibility.
