- Oversee daily and weekly production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
- Optimize manpower, materials and workflow to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor production processes for SOP adherence and implement improvements.
- Oversee equipment operation, maintenance and calibration.
- Provide onsite technical support and commissioning for chiller installations.
- Lead teams to troubleshoot on site and manage piping works.

Weeseng HVAC Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Chiller Production/ Technical Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams and managing ACMV projects from planning through to successful completion.
- Lead, plan and oversee daily and weekly production schedules and delivery timelines are met
- Optimize manpower, materials, and workflow to improve efficiency and minimize waste
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to approved SOPs and streamline operational procedures where necessary
- Oversee the proper operation, maintenance and calibration of production equipment
- Performing chiller installation with commissioning on site
- Lead team(s) to troubleshoot technical issues on site
- Lead team(s) to oversee and manage site installation including piping works
- Ensure production activities, waste handling, and environmental practices comply with workplace safety and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant hands‑on production and on‑site installation experience for Industrial Chillers (air‑cooled and water‑cooled)
- Experience in HVAC (Air conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) systems are a bonus
- Strong technical knowledge of chiller design across various compressor types (scroll/screw/ centrifugal)
- Proven leadership skills with strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage local and foreign workers
- Prior work experience in Singapore is a bonus
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese is a bonus
- Salary Range : S$3,800 - S$5,000 (commensurate with experience).
