Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an HVAC Project Manager based in Singapore (Woodlands / site office) to lead M&E projects.

The role pays SGD 5,000–7,000 depending on experience and requires a Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with site project management skills. Candidate must have experience with chiller and air conditioning systems, ACMV & HVAC (M&E) and be able to work in both office and field settings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• Site project management skills essential.
• Experience with chiller, air conditioning systems, ACMV & HVAC (M&E).

Responsibilities

• Understand M&E project requirements and contract requirements.
• Manage projects, claims and sub-contracts.
• Be prepared to work odd hours when necessary.
• Meet with clients to define and document project requirements and expectations.
• Oversee installation of M&E services, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
• Monitor on-site practices, manage contractors, and report non-compliance to supervisor.
