Our client, a Chemical Manufacturing MNC, is seeking a Procurement Manager to join the Procurement Team in West Singapore. The role focuses on purchasing, supplier sourcing, cost control, and supplier compliance, with responsibilities spanning price negotiations, vendor management, and process improvements.

The position offers exposure to ongoing transformation projects and requires a degree in a relevant field and at least five years in procurement, with managerial experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years in procurement, purchasing and administration, preferably in chemicals.
• Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation, and cost-control skills.
• Experience in a managerial role is required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day purchasing activities, PO management, and supplier follow-up.
• Source suppliers and evaluate based on price, quality, lead time, and service.
• Coordinate supply and inventory with internal teams to ensure materials availability.
• Drive cost reduction through negotiations and spend analysis.
• Ensure compliance with documentation and supplier records.
